After collecting luggage, customer must proceed to the phone bank located near the Visitor Information Center. Using the phone, customer must press the “Ground Transportation” button, press the “SuperShuttle” button, then pick up the phone, press the “Call Now” button, and wait 5 to 6 seconds for the system to dial and connect to dispatch.
